1. General Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Customer:

- Time Frame: The cancellation policy and applicable fees vary depending on the specific service or package booked. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation policy associated with the specific booking. Certain services may be non-refundable or may require a minimum notice period for a refund.
Cancellation by Explore Meadows™:
- Right to Cancel: Explore Meadows™ reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control.
- Refunds: In the event that Explore Meadows™ cancels a booking, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for a future date, subject to availability.
2. Specific Service Cancellation Policies
Hotel Bookings:
- Policy: The cancellation and refund policies for hotel bookings vary depending on the hotel’s terms and conditions. Please refer to the hotel’s cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Explore Meadows™ is not responsible for any fees or penalties imposed by the hotel.
Transportation Services:
- Policy: For transportation services, including car rentals and airport transfers, the cancellation policy of the respective service provider will apply. Any cancellation fees or refund policies will be in accordance with the provider’s terms. Explore Meadows™ is not liable for any charges related to cancellations of transportation services.
Tours and Activities:
- Policy: Cancellations for tours, activities, and excursions are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the service provider. Some tours and activities may be non-refundable or may have a strict cancellation deadline. Please review these terms at the time of booking.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and bookings may be non-refundable, as indicated during the booking process. These include, but are not limited to, special promotions, discounted rates, and last-minute bookings. 4. Refund Processing

- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. In cases where this is not possible, Explore Meadows™ will offer an alternative method of refund.
5. Changes to Bookings
- Amendments: If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact Explore Meadows™ as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Rebooking: In some cases, you may be able to rebook for a future date. This is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the service provider.
